Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, please email theloft@remlostudios.com to initiate your return within 7 days of receipt. Please include your name, order number, styles to be returned, and the reason for the return.
Once the merchandise has been received at the store we will inspect and complete the return. Store credits will be issued for returns made within 7 days. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in saleable condition. If merchandise has been altered, we cannot accept returns. We do not accept returns for jewelry, accessories, swim, or lingerie. All sale merchandise is Final Sale and cannot be returned.

All online orders ship free with Fedex Ground service. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Once you've completed the online checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email from us containing your FedEx tracking number.
Approval Boxes
Prefer to shop in the comfort of your home? We can pull a box of styles we think you’ll love and ship to your home or office. Let us know which styles you’re keeping and which didn’t work. We’ll charge you only for what you keep.
Must have a credit card on file to be eligible for our approval box service.
SALES Tax
All orders shipped within Nebraska will be charged sales tax.
Inventory
We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but we are only human! If you’ve ordered something that is no longer in stock, we will contact you within 2-3 business days with options.
If you don’t see your size available, send an inquiry and we can see if it’s still available to reorder from the designer!
